PREMIUM professional grade sheep casings, long strands, NO holes. This stuff is used in high throughput factories and artisan butcher shops. Ideal for BREAKFAST SAUSAGE, MERGUEZ, MAKANEK, SUJUK, FRANKFURTERS, etc.. NOTE: We do not pack in brine because brine is an alkaline solution that may cause the casings to swell and soften under non-ideal storage conditions (like shipping), to the point of fiber degradation, This will effect the tensile strength of the casings which is crucial for proper stuffing and handling.  For best results: Our casings come salted dry and vacuum packed to maintain freshness.  Do not freeze, Store in refrigerator immediately upon receipt. Prior to stuffing, Flush and Soak casings in water. For leftover casings, generously mix with salt and store in a sealed container in refrigerator for later use.
