Bike stuff and phone stuff makes a funny mix, so that is why I decided to take the plunge and start a new account dedicated to used telecom and business equipment. The system that this was in was just taken off line the end of February of this year. It was in a professional office in downtown Denver in a clean environment. The company that this belonged to merged with another company and migrated to their phone system, so I am helping them part out this system. Please note, this has not been defaulted and I do not have any of the log in or IP address information on this voice mail. You may need to rely on a technician who knows how to reset this voice mail. Note that this works on the larger Aspire systems such as the Aspire M and XL. This does not work on the smaller Aspire-S systems. I do have a number of other digital phones and other parts of this particular system. Message me for details if interested. 90 Day Limited Warranty I warranty the phone for 90 days from the date of shipment that the phone will be free of defects. The warranty does not cover damage to the phone related to abuse, liquid spills, improperly installed equipment (such as installed on the wrong system), tampering, issues related to service by unqualified personnel, acts of God, or electrical surges. If you find the phone has been damaged in shipping, I need to have you report that to me immediately upon receipt and provide shipping. I will need to have you keep all of the original shipping materials as I will need to file a claim with the shipping company. I will need you to keep all shipping materials and make them available to the shipping company if requested by them. Failure to promptly report shipping damage or to cooperate by keeping materials will negate any coverage for damage related to shipping. Warranty will be covered by repair or replacement of the phone where possible. If neither of these is possible, a full refund will be provided if notified of an issue within 30 days. Refund will be prorated after the 30th day. I cover all shipping costs for warranty related returns and/or shipping of replacements. Shipping: Please be prepared to pay when you commit to buy this.Note: eBay automatically opens a case 48 hours after the sale if payment is not received. If something happens and there's a problem being able to pay, please contact me before that happens and we'll work things out. Cancellations:I understand things happen and you need to change your mind. I will work with you, but if you do need to back out of a purchase you must let me know before eBay opens a case for non payment. Once a case is opened I am unable to cancel the order for you.
