Equipment Condition: All of our items have been tested by a trained Biomedical Technician. The condition of each item is listed in the description. A certificate of test can be provided upon request. Payment Terms We accept payment through Paypal only. Payment due within 3 days of close of order. An invoice will be sent with shipping costs included. Payment must be rendered before item(s) will be shipped. Returns/Refunds We will accept a return for this item if the item is not as described in the listing. Refunds will be issued via PayPal within 14 business days after the receipt of the returned equipment. All return items must be in original condition, packaging, sealed and unused. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the item back to Fort Mitchell, KY 41017 at the buyer's expense. We reserve the right to reject the item after inspection, (items with physical damage or incomplete packaging, incomplete items). In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim upon receiving a notification from us. The responsibility is between the customer and the carrier. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Purchaser must pay the return shipping costs. Shipping Terms We do our best to ship all of our items within 2 business days of receipt of payment but handling times vary per item. Please refer to handling time listed on eBay posting for estimated shipping/handling time. Items will not ship on weekends Saturday and Sunday. Orders will be shipped using the most cost effective means. All items are packaged and shipped in a professional manner. The tracking number will be sent to you. All freight items are shipped within the continental U.S and Canada (duties and taxes to be paid by buyer) only.
