This durable aluminum unit quickly cuts through mozzarella, Swiss, cheddar, and other cheeses to create uniform 3/8" or 3/4" cubes and slices that are great for any occasion. For maximum convenience, this unit's sturdy cutting bow can cube a five pound cheese loaf in only seventy five seconds - a task that could take up to 20 minutes by hand!  This unit's ability to produce a uniform cut size over and over again results in greater portion control and immaculate presentation.
