These bands are easy to get on and easy to take off.  Nice neon colors to help identify various poultry.   You get one bag of 100 neon colored bands. Heavy Elastic Bands I got some chicks two years ago with this type of band for identification and found them so easy to use that I searched for these bands.  I found the spiral plastic bands difficult to put on and very difficult to take off if they were not watched closely to where they become tight on the leg.  These elastic bands stretch a lot so even if they get snug on the leg they are easy to remove without hurting the bird.  Of course with any band it is necessary to watch and make sure the band does not get so tight that it cuts into the birds flesh. In hopes of helping to determine the size that would be needed for various poultry,  I took the Kuhl Plastic Spiral Leg Band Chart and compared it to the Elastic Bands.  1/8”                         No 4 – baby chicks, quail  ( I find these very tiny so                                 suggest for day old very small  chicks, quail, or                                 guinea keet . 3/16’       No 6 – large pigeons, homers, month old chicks,                                 pheasant chicks (I suggest this size for standard breed                                 day old chicks, duckling, turkey poults, etc.) 1/4 ”                          No 8 – call ducks, & similar sized birds.                               (I suggest this size for week to four-week-old                                 standard chicks, adult quail, or similar sized birds 5/16”                     No 10 – Universal size for most chickens, pheasants                       (I suggest these for adult bantams, smaller breed                                chickens)  I tried these on my adult Cream Legbars                               and they fit okay on the hens and a little tight on the                                roosters. 3/8”                      No 11 – Standard sized chickens such as Plymouth                               Rock  (I suggest these for most standard size chickens)                              I tried these on my Cream Legbars and my English                               Orpingtons. They fit fine on the Cream Legbar                               roosters and the English Orpington hens but was tight                               on the English Orpington rooster to where I do not suggest usage.      I do not have any of the larger sizes that would fit very large adult chickens, turkeys, or geese.  I am testing some terry bands currently to see if they will work for the larger poultry.
