I chose "seller refurbished" as I have thoroughly cleaned and inspected this item ! This 10 maximum capacity Neopost SE-57 digital postal scale was used in my shop many years back , and is still accurate to this day . However , the module must be replaced to 2015/2016 USPS prices . The scale works for weighing no matter if the price is old or new ! Specifications ... 15 pin  male interface port (to cable from the unit to a computer or other device, cable not included as I do not have it)... Display : 160 x 32 Dots , Graphic LCD ... Keypad : 24-key Silicone Rubber Type ... Power Source : AC Adapter (Model A30950 Class 2 Transformer) , Input : 120 V , 60 HZ 93 , Output : 9 VDC , 500 mA included - UL Listed (Adapter made in Taiwan) , with 6' 3" long power cord . Accuracy : Class III . Unit is approximately 11 7/8" long x 8 1/4" wide x 3 1/4" high (300 mm x 211 mm x 81 mm) , Platter (deck you rest the letter on) is 7 7/8" x 7 7/8" square . You will notice a difference in the color of the plastic in the photographs . It appears to be nicotine stained , but that is not the case ! It was a non-smoking shop ! What happened was that the company that actually made the plastic for this scale , used an additive called "Bromine" , which aided as a fire retardant in the plastic process procedure , which also gets affected by the elements (hot & cold , muggy , etc.) and direct sunlight affects the plastic as well , but in no way does this discoloration have any affect on the quality and operation of this unit !! What you get is the unit , AC power adapter , and the very important owners manual . I have removed the platter , as I do not want the scale "tampered with" by way of the packing used to protect it shipping wise . Packaged very securely and ready to ship once your PayPal account clears !!
