Such as if this item requires Parcel Post and you purchase an item that requires FedEx. All items will be shipped FedEx. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Please we are human and we do occasionally mistakes. BOX BIDDING / BUYING POLICY: If any bidders bid on my item(s) I will not ship item(s) to a foreign address, APO, FPO or PO Box without contacting me prior to purchase or bidding. I will refund all but $2 of the auction payment if any of my terms are violated. Foreign bidders and deployed military are allowed to purchase items on the condition they inform me first with complete address and wait for permission to bid or purchase. Some countries and items are restricted or have customs charges that prevent me from shipping to those locations. Again I do not charge extra for this service and it is non-negotiable. OVERSHIPPING CHARGES: eBay frequently over-charges for shipping. Sometimes it's because I overestimate the weight or size of the package. Occasionally it will be because I find a faster form of shipping that is cheaper. However most often it's because eBay's shipping calculator is screwy. In any instance if the shipping is over by more than $1, I will refund the excess shipping charges. However if you pay using an gift card I can not refund the excess shipping. If you intend to use a gift card or other payment method that prevents partial refunds please wait or ask for an invoice to prevent an over-shipping charge.
