Up for sale are eighteen NEW Mitsubishi Powerex CM600HX-24A IGBTMOD™ IGBT Modules. These are new in box items. This auction is for eighteen IGBT's. The NX series family of IGBTs features high power cycling capability and more than a ten-fold improvement in thermal cycle life in comparison to competing devices. The NX Series enhanced performance is achieved using high thermal conductivity Aluminum Nitride (AlN) ceramic to provide improved heat transfer from the power chips to the heat sink which results in significantly lower chip temperature (Tj). High elastic Sn-Ag-Cu solder and a proprietary technique ensure uniform solder thickness which results in less wire bond thermal fatigue failures.The NX series uses the fifth generation CSTBT (Carrier Stored Trench-Gate Bipolar Transistor) chip. The CSTBT chip offers lower losses compared to previous chip generations. Each module consists of one IGBT Transistor in a single configuration with a reverse connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management.
