International Shipping: I now participate in the Global Shipping Program and one buyer from Canada informed me that the Program was less expensive than having me use UPS or the Post Office to deliver it to her. If you choose return item or didn't receive item; eBay gets involved, freezes funds, and makes it difficult to make things right.
