If you must return the vinyl plotter for any reason other then damaged, there will be a 10% restocking fee to return the machine. The plotter can be returned to the closest SignCut office - Stratford, PE or Markham, ON, at the owner's expense. Your credit payment minus the restocking fee will be return via same method you paid providing the plotter is in working condition and without damage.
