If an item is defective or "not as described", if a replacement is available, you pay to ship defective item back to us, we will send you a replacement at no charge and we pay for shipping back to you. If nothing is found wrong with the item we will still take it back with a re-stock charge of 15% on items over $100 and 30% on items under $100. No shipping is refunded, you pay to ship back to us. If you have simply "changed your mind" and nothing is wrong with the item, we will still take it back subject to the re-stock fees above and you pay to ship back to us.
