The product is in perfect working condition and comes with a 100% satisfaction warranty. Used items with our 100% satisfaction warranty are handled directly with us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within the warranty period, please email us with the problem and a reason for your return. If you wish to return the item, send it to the address at the top of your invoice (which will come packed with your purchased item). We will either send you a replacement or offer a refund. We gladly take back any item under our 100% satisfaction warranty. If an item is defective or "not as described," and a replacement is available, you pay to ship the defective item back to us, and we will send you a replacement at no charge. We will pay for the return shipping. If we find that nothing is wrong with the item, we will still accept the return with a restocking fee of 15% on items over $100 and 30% on items under $100.
