NEW ABS 40qt Electronic Planetary Mixer w/ Bowl, Guard & Attachments ABSPMS-40 Brand New ABS 40qt Electronic Planetary Mixer Model ABSPMS-40L A 40-quart Planetary mixer for the small cake or pastry shop. A 10-speed ELECTRONIC transmission eliminates the messy gear drives of the standard planetary mixers and allows for shifting on the fly without the need for a clutch. Simple touch pad controls speed and timer functions, and the machine will run in timed or un-timed modes. Stainless steel bowl, wire whip, Aluminum paddle and dough hook all come standard. Electrical: 208/220 Volt 3 Phase 60 Hz 8 Amps 2HP. Supplied with Twist-Lock plug. Recommend a 15 Amp slow-blow breaker. Large or heavy items are shipped via freight carrier and insurance is upon request. * We do not accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our warehouse. Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location. * Missouri sales tax (6.475%) is charged for all shipments within the state of Missouri. LOCAL CUSTOMER PICKUPS * Items are available for pickup at our warehouse Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for holidays. All pre-owned equipment is inspected by our staff to determine its condition, and to ensure that it will function according to the manufacturer's original specifications.
