I offer 3 year exchange guarantee for this model to match Agilent warranty so it'd be good as buying it new, except it's cheaper. E5810A works 9 times faster than previous Agilent/HP GPIB<->Ethernet gateway. You can also use it to host serial (RS-232) instruments and control them over the network. Configuration can be done through webpage or telnet. It also supports DHCP while older models doesn't. Comes with instruction and Agilent IO Libraries CD as show in the pictures.
