SHIPPING: We ship most of our items to the lower 48 continental United States for free. Some oversized items do require additional handling and a charge will be applied. We ship all packages the most cost effective and fastest method possible offered to us by USPS and FedEx, unless otherwise specified in the listing. 99.9% of all shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment. Our shipping department works Monday-Friday (and some Saturdays) to offer you the quickest arrival of your products. If you pay on Friday afternoon it most likely will not go out until Monday. We request that when you buy from us that you use a mailing address that is not an APO, FPO, DPO or PO Box although we can make exceptions if contacted ahead of time and we agree upon a shipping method. The shipping address you would like the item(s) shipped to should also be confirmed through e-Bay and PayPal as our departments do not always run on the same schedule and an e-mail requesting a change of address may not reach the correct individual in time. We can sometimes make special arrangements for other international customers if you contact us before hand for a quote. If you purchase multiple items from us, we do our best to combine shipping to be more green by saving on packaging and getting your items to you at the same time. Items that are in retail packaging will most likely ship in that retail packaging. If the item is a gift or you need the item to ship in another package please contact us and we will try our best to work out a solution with you. We only ship to the confirmed address you have in e-Bay and PayPal. We ship to the address that comes through e-Bay, do NOT e-mail us a separate address and expect it to go there.
