The film is available as Clysar LLG, or surface treated for improved hot slip as LLGS. Folded film is available as LLGF, or surface treated for improved hot. The film is wound on 3-inch cores to the standard roll sizes as shown in Table 1. It is compatible with all air evacuation systems and has excellent burn-through resistance. It is forgiving under less than optimum tunnel conditions and has an average available shrinkage and medium shrink force. Please note the reflections in the photos and feel free to ask any questions. This strong, clear, biaxially oriented, heat-shrinkable, nonirradiated polyolefin film is perfect for when outstanding optics and a tough, durable wrap with strong seals and excellent shrinkage are required. The ClysarВ® LLG film is functional on manual, semi-automatic and many automatic- packaging machines and is compatible with all sealing systems. This film has balanced shrinkage and excellent durability, good tear resistance, and will not embrittle with age. It remains durable at freezer temperatures and is available with print-treatment. It is also compatible with SPI Code -- Class. With its wide sealing temperature range and excellent seal integrity with virtually no pinholes, this film is especially suited for continuous, automatic side seals. Additionally, it requires no cooling dwell. The film has good tear resistance, high gloss, clarity and sparkle, and it cleans up well on a package.
