This is a brand new Blue Point rechargeable under hood light that has 128 LED's. Rubberized clip hangers securely hold the light in place without damaging the paint surface. Cordless design prevents entanglement while providing convenience. Press the on/off switch and you get a broad 180 degree light pattern on the tube that covers the entire engine bay area with no shadow effect even though it's super bright! The tube has 128 bright light emitting diodes (LED). Light Diffusion Technology gives you shadow free illumination. The Lithium-ion rechargeable light can be recharged with 110v AC or through a USB port. The charging port has a rubberized snap tight seal and the whole unit is dust and water resistant. The light can be detached from the hood clamp bracket for hand held use. The opposite end has a rotating attachment hook for hanging the light. The under hood bracket telescopes from 47" to 71" to fit most vehicles. You can find more information on the Snap on site. They have it rated at 500 lux in intensity and at 700 lumens in brightness! IP56 rated for water and dust resistance. Black color doesn't show grease as easily as brighter colors do. Rechargeable lithium-ion 4400 mAh battery offers 3 hours of continuous use.
