Vintage Paper Co Bookbinding Starter Kit This kit contains the basic tools you'll need to make a book at home. All of the tools are of the highest quality and as used in any professional bindery. 1x Traditional Bookbinding Bonefolder - made with genuine bone. Use this to fold, crease, burnish, smooth, poke, tease, push and pull! These are perhaps the most widely used of all tools in bookbinding and are great for all paper crafts. 1x Traditional Bookbinding Clicker Awl - perfect for making small holes in paper before sewing. 1x Glue Brush - a high quality brush made from hog hair and plastic so it's effective and easy to maintain. Just wash the bristle under warm water to clean once you've finished using it and it will last for years. 5x Bookbinding Needles - You will receive 2 Large Bookbinding Needles and 3 Standard Size Bookbinding Needles and they are the industry standard for bookbinding and are especially designed to take our bookbinding threads and to go through paper properly. Made of nickel-plated steel, these are very strong and will last a long time before they need to be replaced. Bookbinding Thread - 10 metres of strong waxed linen thread, especially manufactured for the craft of bookbinding. There are 10 metres on the reel so there should be enough to get you started and to make a book or two. We also sell threads seperately so if you would like to add to your order check out our other listings. Postage and Packaging This Bookbinding Starter Kit will be sent safely within a protective envelope. We use as few packaging materials as possible and use recycled materials when possible.
