Again I do not charge extra for this service and it is non-negotiable. OVERSHIPPING CHARGES: eBay frequently over-charges for shipping. Sometimes it's because I overestimate the weight or size of the package. Occasionally it will be because I find a faster form of shipping that is cheaper. However most often it's because eBay's shipping calculator is screwy. In any instance if the shipping is over by more than $1, I will refund the excess shipping charges. However if you pay using an gift card I can not refund the excess shipping. If you intend to use a gift card or other payment method that prevents partial refunds please wait or ask for an invoice to prevent an over-shipping charge.
