We powered it on and it runs but flipped the belt off. Motor sounds good. Belt is in good condition. Buttons are in good condition. Motor moves to adjust tension on belt. There are 12 smaller holders and 2 bigger holders on the top. Volts 115, Max Amps 4.4. Shipping cost is by freight truck, please email for a quote before bidding! There is a $25 packing charge for materials and time to pack this on a pallet (I pad, box, shrinkwrap and band to a pallet). I pack the item(s) well.
