New Brunswick Series 25 Incubator Shaker Model G-25 Excellent Working Condition The New Brunswick G-25 Shaker Incubator is electronically controlled and built for continuous operation, providing many years of 24/7 service for incubation with shaking fermentation. The rugged G-25 shaker incubator offers dual thermostat control and monitoring. Should the control thermostat fail, a safety feature prevents overheating. A temperature rise over 2°C will also cause the safety to take over, which will be signaled by the lit safety pilot indicator. Equipped with its 400-watt nichrome heating system, the New Brunswick G-25 may be operated in refrigerated rooms for low temperature operation. The system is protected by a 5-amp fuse located on the control panel. Designed with a simple, robust architecture, the New Brunswick G-25 gyratory incubator is easily adaptable. Available in low-profile units and refrigeration models, the New Brunswick model has optional heavy load kits to meet specific laboratory demands. The incubator also features side panel controls, and a cover safety shut-off switch, which controls the main power, shaker, thermostat, and speed. Additionally, a tachometer and thermostat light provide readouts. This New Brunswick G-25 is in great working condition. It is ready to use as soon as you receive it. Unit shows signs of normal use, mainly some scratches and stains, but they in know way effect the operation of the unit. The Safety Switch cuts out the selected temperature, and the main Temperature Control hold the temp at a maximum of 56*C, by my measurements. The Shaker gyrates at the selected speed from 5 -480 RPMs. Included in the sale are 18 Holders, a 40 tube rack, and a bag of new screws. The thermometer functions fine, and can be easily read from through the top window. The handle for the lid is missing, but unit is easily opened by grabbing the lid.
