A unique reinforced design constructed from heavy-duty 3003 aluminum gives the cover superior dent resistance and shape retention over old-fashioned lids. This sturdy lid gives long lasting performance that can withstand the most demanding foodservice establishments. The domed cover promotes self-basting by collecting and returning condensed moisture to the pan.
