The Celerity Unit IFC-125C Mass Flow Controller MFC (Ar / 2 SLM) with Digital C-Seals is a new product in the 125 series from the manufacturer, Celerity. This mass flow controller is capable of handling argon gas and has a flow rate of 2,000 SCCM (2 SLM). The downport of this unit has C seals and the interface is DeviceNet. This controller can be mounted in either a horizontal or vertical position and has a footprint of 1.125". The surface finish is 4µ inch Ra and the valve position is normally closed. This mass flow controller is gas and range configurable and has an LED display for pressure, flow, and temperature status. Additionally, it features LED indicators for network status and controller diagnostics. The weight of this unit is 2.25 lbs. and it is in new condition.
