The resectoscope and its accessories consist of the endoscope 12°, outer sheath, inner sheaths, obturators, working element, electrodes, HF knife, uteri auto inflate and pressure DG-1 and etc. The sheath, the support of working element and the endoscope, is the channel of the lavage solution. The outer diameter on the outer sheath is 27Fr. The continual perfusion through the circulating holes or slots on the top of the outer sheath ensure a clear view of field, meet the requirements of inflating the uterus and lessen the water intoxication possibility. The outer diameter of the inner sheath is 25Fr. The inner sheath has insulating cover on its tip. When the inner sheath and the working element is connected, the working element, the endoscope and the electrode can revolve freely within 360°. Because the inner and outer sheaths don’t revolve following the working element, the distortion of the in-flow and out-flow water pipe is avoided, which facilitates the surgical operation. The working element: active and passive (standard set). When the passive working element is used, the electrode should be in the sheath, use the working element through controlling the handles to move the sliding block on the working element back and forth for cutting. Surgical electrode: vapor ball-shaped electrode, spade-shaped electrode, electric cutting loop, cutting loop, cutting tumor loop. The respective function of electric excision, vaporization and electric coagulation should be differentiated. The vapor ball-shaped electrode can heat the part of pathological change to vaporization temperature. The spade-shaped electrode can fulfil electric excision and electric blood coagulation. The cutting tumor loop is applied in electric excision of tumor. Fistulation instrument is used for fistulation. A set of HF knife is used as stated in the instruction. Light cable consists of quality optical fiber. About the compatibility: The endoscope is compatible with Storz/Olympus, Wolf, Acmi and Stryker light cable.
