This is a Baldor NextMove "plug and play" PCI 1 controller card usable in Dage 4000 systems. Note:  If you lose this card, your Dage 4000 can not be repaired by Dage - and your only option to keep your Dage 4000 functional will require an upgrade from Dage at a cost of $15,000. The Baldor part number used by Dage is PCI001-508.    (A four axis card.) The card we are providing is Baldor # PCI001-513. This is an 8 axis card.  However, it is fully "plug and play" and fully backward compatible with the Dage/Baldor 4 axis card, and will operate seamlessly and immediately upon installation in the computer.  It uses the same 100 pin cable.  No software or cable changes are needed. Note:  this is only for the PCI 1 version computer. Earlier Dage 4000 systems used an ISA controller card. Later  Dage 4000 models use a PCI 2 version controller card.  They are not interchangeable with PCI 1 series cards.  So please be sure which Baldor Nextmove model card is in your computer. PLEASE NOTE WELL:   The current Dage 4000 does not use any of these cards, and we are told that earlier systems using the Baldor NextMove PCI controllers will only be serviced by Dage with a complete upgrade package at a $15,000 cost. These cards are virtually impossible to find - new or used.  They are not repaired by Baldor or Dage. All cards available are brand new, in the manufacturer's original packaging. Prior to shipment, all cards will have been tested successfully in a Dage 4000 test bench. If you find any of the above confusing, kindly contact us for clarification.
