Special order products and graphics are not returnable. What is a “Pop Up” Display? The term “Pop Up refers to the frame that is transported in a compressed configuration. Then when the user is in need of the Display, he/she simply “pops up” the frame to its full width and height in one easy motion and attaches magnetic mounting bars to the frame, creating a station Display to attach Velcro-acceptable fabric and/or graphic panels. A full 10’ Pop Up Displays is designed to assemble in less than 20 minutes. Can one person set up a Pop Up Display? Yes. Our Pop Up Displays are designed to set-up quickly and easily by one person. What do I do with the shipping cases when I set up at the tradeshow? If you have a Podium Conversion Kit for your shipping case, storage at the show will not be an issue since your case will become an integral part of your display booth. Most Customers use this podium to display literature, business cards or even as stand for a laptop computer. It also offers you another location to display graphics. How do the fabric panels attach to the Pop Up frame? The fabric panels have a hanging mechanism along the top edge and magnetic strips along both vertical edges. The hangers position each panel while the magnetic strips adhere directly to the magnetic channel bars that, in turn, have been attached to the Pop Up frame. We use magnet to magnet attaching technology to ensure consistent panel alignment and proper adhesion. What warranty does my purchase have? Image Master displays, provides a limited lifetime warranty on the following items: Pop-Up Display pop-up frames against manufacturing effects in materials and workmanship during normal use. All repairs needed to coincide with this limited lifetime warranty policy will be done at no charge with the exception of shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to any Image Innovators product which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Image Innovators. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusion may not apply to the original CUSTOMER. Warranty Claims: Image masters Pop-Up Displays pop-up frames need to be shipped back to Image Innovators for repairs and the purchaser is responsible for shipping both ways. Unless the Image Master Pop-Up Display frame is found to be defective within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment, then pictures may be sent to Image Innovators of the damage. We will then send parts free to repair the booth, but purchaser will be responsible for shipping. After the 2 weeks, the purchaser will need to pay for the parts and shipping of the parts, unless the unit is shipped back and then parts and labor are free.
