If it is, please go to the shipper's site to file the insurance claim or take it to your shippers office with the original packaging and label. It is not our responsibility to deal with filing the claim at the shippers website or taking the item to the shipper because we did not cause the damage. The shipper did! In addition, the item will have to be returned at your expense(shipping, new packaging to ship the old item and original packaging which is required to file the claim no matter who does it) and the claim will be paid quicker as a result.
