NEW Entegris Integra 201-42-01 2-Way 1/2" (1/2" Flaretek) Manual Diaphragm Valve Comes with what you see in the pictures. If you don't see it, you probably wont get it. Specifications are from and may vary slightly due to upgrades, options, or revisions this unit may or may not have. These units are new, old stock surplus. The Boxes' Tag Reads: Part Number: 201-42-01 Description: VALVE-MT 3GEN 2W 1/2" 1/2FT Features: No external metal parts. All wetted parts are molded PFA providing chemical resistance suitable for use in high purity, high corrosive chemical handling applications. External, nonwetted components are available in ECTFE material for higher chemical resistance to oxygenated solvents and bases. Unique top loading design allows for field repair. Piston shaft is encapsulated in PFA diaphragm to isolate it from corrosive fluids. Unique body design allows for 100% cavity drainage to prevent entrapment of fluids. Requires only 1/4-turn from closed to fully opened for fast actuation. Addition of Espy® sensor allows electronic monitoring of valve body seal integrity. Specifications: Flow Factor: 2.0 CV (28.6 KV) Port Connection: 1/2" Flaretek flared tube Pressure Range: 29" Hg vacuum (980 mbar) to 80 PSIG (551.6 kPa) Temperature Range: Ambient: 75°F to 150°F (24°C to 65°C) Fluid: 75°F to 300°F (24°C to 150°C) Materials: All wetted parts are PFA. Exterior actuator parts are PVDF. Interior actuator parts are PVDF, stainless steel, viton.
