The day the auction or sale ends is considered to be the first day. 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be automatically added for all items shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. This 6% tax will be added by Ebay/Paypal during your payment transaction. In order to comply with Pennsylvania state law, shipping, handling, and insurance amounts are also included in the calculation of sales tax.
