Beyond providing a quality day to day experience, this brewer is designed with longevity in mind. For instance, it only contains solid state relays, eliminating the use of toxic mercury as well as moving parts (which tend to degrade over time). Also, it contains a gravity-fed inside dispense tube system that is specially designed to resist lime buildup.
