Forest Wildland Large Fire Shelter 2008 with Blue Case This Forest Wildland Fire Shelter is part of the new generation, manufactured in 2008 and comes with a blue case and an opaque plastic shell. Please note that because of the 2008 manufacturing date, it may be out of date or expired. The shelter has not been used or deployed, but because it was carried by a fire fighter, it may be a bit dusty, dirty, or smoke stained. Additionally, there are a couple of small holes in the clear plastic sealed case. Please carefully examine the photographs provided to best assess the cosmetic details of the item. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I will gladly answer them. For international buyers, please be aware that your item may be charged a tariff or tax, so it is best to check with your local post office to determine what additional charges you may incur. Please keep in mind that it is also illegal for me to misrepresent the item on a customs form by listing it as a gift or undervalued.
“This fire shelter has not been used or deployed, however I consider it "used" because it was carried by a fire fighter & so it may be a bit dusty, dirty or smoke stained. I also noticed a couple of small holes in the clear plastic sealed case that the shelter is in. This shelter includes a blue case and an opaque plastic shell. The case on this fire shelter is newer than the actual fire shelter itself. I am noting this because I do not want you to accidentally believe the shelter has the same manufacture date as the case. Please view the pictures closely for the best cosmetic description of the item(s) in this lot.”
