CNC machined, and balanced, the Greenwheel is not only durable, but also dependable. > Greenwheel Cutting Advantages - 100% CNC Machined - Uses Only 6 Greenteeth and 4 LoPro Bolts - Holders Protect Both The Bolts And Nuts > The Greenwheel Holders - The Greenwheel Holders are 100% CNC machined, heat treated, and designed to protect the nuts from wear. Each Greenwheel Holder accepts three Greenteeth. > The Greenteeth - The Greenwheel uses the Greenwheel Wearsharp™ Greenteeth. Each Greenwheel only requires a total of 6 Greenteeth, and no spacers are required. The Greenwheel Wearsharp tooth’s innovative design allows the tooth to wear to a new edge while cutting, increasing durability and the life of the tooth! > Greenwheel Mounting Blocks - The Greenwheel comes equipped with two mounting blocks. These replaceable blocks are designed to retain the holders. >Bolts - The Greenwheel uses 3" LoPro Bolts. These bolts are grade 8 bolts, and feature a 1/2" allen drive and a smooth shank. About Greenteeth: The signature Greenteeth pocket-and-tooth configuration was first put into the frost filled ground on a cold January day in Michigan. The results were impressive then and are to this day. A tough carbide concave dish as a cutting edge is the innovative design that allows Greenteeth the ability to actually sheer rather than shred. The sheering is a smoother motion that requires less power exertion from the machine and allows faster, more efficient stump cutting. The tooth can be rotated using only a standard wrench and without having to remove the pocket! Since each tooth can be rotated to a new edge three times its like having three teeth in one! In the same way any tooth can be easily moved to any pocket position on the wheel thus allowing even more cutting life from each tooth.
