Nearly all of the items I sell are antique, used, slightly used or vintage and sold in “as is” condition. Normal signs of use or wear are to be expected. I try to describe the items to the best of my ability and occasionally I may unintentionally miss a flaw. All plastic, celluloid, china, porcelain, glass or ceramic type items may have chips, cracks etc.. All cloth, clothes, quilt or quilted items may have tears, rips, stains, marks, frays indicative of age and use. All items whether cloth, lace, paper, etc..may be folded or rolled for mailing purposes. All vintage items and doll houses will come with flaws, broken pieces, missing pieces, dirt, dust etc, and we ask that you understand this before bidding. We do not clean or polish. I am not an art collector, so I may not know if paintings are oil, watercolor, original or other. I am not a record , stamp, or coin collector so I know nothing about grading. Absolutely accurate descriptions are not always possible. I buy items from individuals, stores, estate sales, garage sales, auctions etc…All items are sold in AS IS condition meaning there may be scratches, stains, aging, dust, dirt, tears etc... Some of the items may come from homes with pets or smoke. Items may be folded for shipping. I try my best to accurately describe the item and provide photos. Based on this information, please REVIEW all of the pictures for condition and ask questions BEFORE bidding and I will be happy to try and help answer them. Some of the items I may not know much about. Please keep in mind I am not an expert and have an untrained eye; I just like to find cool, unique, unusual and fun stuff! Insured and Damaged or Returned Items: Reimbursement for lost or damaged items which have been insured will occur after settlement of claim with carrier and will be limited to either the insurance amount or the item amount, whichever is less. Please help us identify any damage early and document it well for reimbursement and/or insurance purposes so that we and you do not lose out on damaged merchandise. If the box is damaged when your package arrives please take a picture showing the damage of the box outside and any damage to the items inside. Please let us know within 48 hours you have received damaged merchandise. You may need to surrender damaged goods to me or the carrier, at my discretion, prior to receiving reimbursement for damage. Buyer pays postage for items returned for refund. Shipping and Packing: Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee package arrivals by holidays although we ship as soon as possible. If you need it expedited, request a quote prior to bidding. All packing and shipping costs are at my discretion based on the listing and do include shipping, packaging, packaging time and expenses. Some packaging expenses may include custom packaging and handling. The shipping package may not be pretty, but my intent is for you to receive your product as ordered so that you may enjoy it. The shipping and handling fees are per listing, but if you order multiple items and let me know before packing and shipping I will do my best to combine them for lower shipping. If for any reason a package is returned, the buyer pays shipping cost. Local pickup will be picking it up at a local address and time I arrange at my convenience.
