IKA Works Model DR 2000/20 Stainless Steel Dispax-Reactor Model This High Shear Dispersion Machine is suited for production of micro emulsions and very fine suspensions. On stainless steel portable stand with casters, machine is underdriven by 60 HP motor and has stainless steel control panel with Allen Bradley Digital Controller. Manufacturer rated up to 90 gallons per minute (20,000 liters per hour). Advantages include continuous wetting and milling of solids with liquids and prevention of sedimentation and flotation through optimal homogenization. IKA Dispax Reactor model DR 2000/20 In-line Disperser; three stage, high-shear disperser, with a nominal flow rate of 90 gpm (based on water @ 70°F, zero head), includes the following: Generators: Medium (4M)-Fine (6F)-Superfine (8SF) Motor: 60 hp, 230/460 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 3600 rpm, TEFC, suitable for inverter operation, vertical c-face mounting Base frame: 304 Stainless Steel, and includes the following features: integral motor adjustment, access panel for belt drive, vibration absorbing feet with adjustable height; standard vertical orientation of the dispersing chamber. Belt drive: V-belt drive, meeting ANSI/RMA IP-22 standards, dynamically balanced to ANSI S2.19/ISO 1940 grade G6.3, with a sheave ratio of 0.83, producing a driveshaft speed of 3000 rpm. Lantern flange (bearing/shaft housing): 304 SS Seal: Double mechanical, balanced, cartridge seal. Includes integral pumping fins for assisting flow of the cooling fluid. Material configuration is Q1Q1VMGBQ1VMG.Rated up to 300 psig. Construction: All wetted parts are 316 SS, with surface finish of 32 Ra or better. Elastomers: O-rings in Chamber are Viton. Inlet and outlet: 3” inlet, 2.5” outlet, made of 316 Stainless steel, Tri-clamp sanitary connections Seal cooling system: 3 liter (0.8 gallon), 316 stainless steel, maximum pressure of 360 psig, with internal cooling/heating coil, the system includes: pressure gauge, liquid fill valve, air valve, Teflon - stainless steel braided hoses and a vertical support frame. The system is installed on the base frame of the machine and connected to the seal.
