Our system can utilize the Intel Quad Core Processors which can greatly increase your productivity while working with CAD models and allows the use of the latest versions of Virtual DMIS Software and Active Matrix. We are the only International Metrology Systems Authorized Distributor to offer this system and have done the Research and Development, and Testing with IMS to offer this solution. A custom engineered rack mountable steel case with quadruple cooling and built in Cleanable-filtration system. PC Case has lockable front door with dongle protection. This PC case can be mounted into the M9 Servo Chassis with standard 19" rack mount ears which are built into this Military grade case. This case has custom engineered steel expansion card support brackets designed specifically for IMS M9 Motion control cards. It is not a cheap plastic discount gaming PC Case like others use and claim that they are industrial grade computer systems. These discount gaming cases are not recommended as they leave your expensive M9 motion control cards hanging free with no support, and simply have hard drive brackets cut out or removed to provide extra clearance for the full height, full length cards. Over time if the cards are left sagging like this with no proper support, the delicate EEPROM chips, multi-layered circuit board, and connections will experience problems and damage the M9 boards beyond repair. This will force the unexpected failure and downtime resulting in further cost. Do not take chances with discount builds.
