This product is New-In-Box with calibration certificate dated mid-March 2016.   Box was opened to check contents, charge battery and upgrade camera. This camera has 320 x 240 no noise resolution and full menu improvement.  Please ask questions (and check my feedback) if you want to know more.  The pictures tell the story of what this camera is capable of.  This is an incredible thermal imaging camera!
