Thorogood 10" Hellfire Wildland with Removable Kiltie Designed for maximum fire protection and flame resistance, the Thorogood 10" Hellfire Wildland with Removable Kiltie provides critical support and flexibility when you need it most. The oil-tanned logger leather upper naturally resists fire and heavy damage, while protecting feet in dangerous situations. The Vibram Fire outsole can handle extremely high temperatures, while maintaining grip and traction on slippery or uneven surfaces. The rubber and leather midsole is engineered for optimal arch support and heel stability. The removable felt footbed and comfort weave vamp lining provide cushioning for long periods of wear, while a composite shank delivers much-needed torsional rigidity. The removable kiltie design helps protect the leather on the boot by creating a barrier between laces and upper, so when laces are damaged, the kiltie stops the leather from scuffing. With a Dri-Lex tongue and Kevlar thread and lace, this is an ideal work boot for any profession. These boots were worn around carpet inside for a short period before it was determined that they were not an appropriate fit.
