The 236 is microprocessor controlled and automatically discharge capacitor under test. It features a 100 kHz output test frequency. Using a low 15 mV peak-to-peak output test voltage, the 236 will not turn on any solid state devices during testing for accurate test result. It also checks for low DCR (DC resistance).
