This is for one hanging display for ties or scarves. I got it from a store supplies store, new in package. It hangs from the ceiling like one would a hanging plant or bird cage. It is new in package. The package has no writing on it to indicate brand or location of manufacture or anything. It is chrome color. It has 20 clips on it to gently hold a light item.
