Hi there. You are bidding on a New in Box Ingersoll Rand LCN 2313ME US3 Finish 24V Right Hand Sentronic Concealed Door Closer. The box shows a little shelf wear and for some reason there is no instruction sheet included in this box but it can be found and downloaded online for printing. The lowest price I could find for one of these was around $650 so this is an excellent deal. This device is a concealed heavy duty, electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide adjustable hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors. Door is held open until current interruption releases mechanism and the door closes. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for interior doors. It is UL and ULC listed for smoke barrier or labeled fire doors. Tested and certified under ANSI Standard A156.15 and conforms to Life Safety Code NFPA 101. These models use a size 3 spring for standard size doors (3' X 7'). The spring is adjustable. Any other questions or problems, please contact me.
