The roaster also has a direct heating type stainless drum with a thickness of 2 mm and a diameter of 3 mm hole, along with a copper plate and patented frame arrest for advanced design for chaff unscatter and uniformed roasting. It also has an air inlet and outlet for effective air circulation. To use the roaster, start heating until 200 Celsius with handle rotation, put in raw coffee bean (Caution: machine is hot, so need protecter), and continue heating for 3-4 min for uniform roasting. After 3-4 minutes, the temperature is 140-150 Celsius, and control heating temperature increase about 10-12 Celsius/Min if you need to check it with sampler. When the temperature reaches 200 Celsius, the control heating temperature increases about 5-6 Celsius/Min, starting popping with sound, and after 4-5 min, the temperature is 230 Celsius. The roaster has a patented frame arrest applied with 9 fire control mesh plates that make heat uniform. Additionally, it has a 2.3 liter large volume drum compared to the Home version drum and features a stainless 304 casing and drum that is easy to handle, a motor-operated full set, and a thermometer that can reach a maximum of 300 Celsius.
