This Is A Brand New L&J Commercial Natural-Gas Griddle Local Pickup/Delivery ONLY (NY Sales Tax 8.875% Will Be Applied) L&J MODEL# JS-3618 36"W x 29"D x 13"H 18 Ga stainless steel, unibody construction. 12 Ga stainless steel splash welded to griddle plate for leakproof operation. Heavy duty 18 Ga aluminized steel burner box construction.  Each linear 12 inches of griddle surface has a high efficiency tubular burner for even temperature distribution. Grease draw with baffle - 1 gallon capacity. 3/4" thick griddle plate machine polish for fast hear-up and quick recovery. Supplied with adjustable legs. Total 180,000 BTU. Even heat high out put (3) 60,000 BTU "H" type cast iron burners. LIMITED WARRANTY This unit comes with 90 days manufacturer's limited warranty within NYC five boroughs only. LOCAL PICKUP/ DELIVERY ONLY Local pickup from Brooklyn location only. We have forklift to help load the unit up to your vehicle.   Sidewalk delivery in NYC areas is also available. Please ask for rates. PAYMENT METHOD We accept Paypal payments in the form of major credit cards and eCheck. RETURN POLICY Item may be returned within 3 days from the pickup date. Buyer needs to bring the unit back to our Brooklyn location, and there will be a 35% restocking fee.
