I always research the shipping costs for every item before I list it, for the most economical method. If I somehow overlook something, and my buyer ends up paying more for shipping than it costs. I refund the difference, even though ebay does not refund to us the difference in shipping fees. With regard to Handling time: The reason I have it set at 3 days, is because it really is just one person (Joe) doing it All. I always try to get my items out faster, but when they are large and fragile, they take longer to pack-up for Safe shipping. When several items sell at once, I package them up in the order that they were paid for. In order to get the items on their way, the same day I box them, they have to be at the Fedex office by 4:00 pm, USPS by 5:00 pm. I do all the boxing I can, until 3:30 pm. I take them 12 miles into town, and start again first thing the next day. I would rather be honest and pay the extra 20% in final value fees, than mislead my buyers about Handling/Shipping time. > We are always willing to combine shipping of our items. As long as they can be Safely shipped in the same box. > We will calculate the shipping as close to actual cost as possible, after the items are won, and boxed together.
