New Lightnin Mixer Model 85S25, double reduction gearbox with 17.4:1 ratio gearbox, output speed 100 RPM. Mixer includes a 3.5" diameter Lightnin style C double mechanical seal with John Crane Type 8 lubricated mechanical seal suitable for pressures up to 150 PSIG. Mixer comes with a 20"ANSI 150# mounting flange. This mixer is provided with a 25 hp, Class I, Division I, Group D, explosion proof 1750 RPM motor wired for 3/60/460V. Included is a lower shaft 3.5" diameter by 113" long with rigid coupling. Also included are (2) A-200 impellers. Material of construction is 316LSS. This mixer has never been used and was stored in a heated warehouse. This mixer is well suited for reactor application for light to high viscosity products. I have over 30 years designing and selling mixers to the process industry. I will optimize this mixer for your application and will provide with required shaft lenght, any style mixing impeller, output speed and horsepower in order to provide your desired process result.
