This block is brand new. This is a tool and is NOT part of a gun The block is plastic and will not damage the finish. I make these at my shop and have other similar tools available. This is approx. 6" long. I have these in black,yellow, and white. If you do not choose a color one will be chosen for you. Yes they lock, and the bolt can move with the block installed. Any thing other than standard size will add 3 additional days to the shipping, ships to the lower 48. If you have a feedback of less than 20 you have to ask permission BEFORE placing a bid.
