You will need a PC or Laptop running Windows (XP or higher), step-direction motion control drives, motors, and other components to operate and have a working machine. Do I need a specific type of motor or drive? We have used this control setup with Keling, Automation Direct, Teco, Gecko Drive, MachMotion, RexStep, Xylotex, Larken, CandCNC, and CNC4PC drives, PLCs, and accessories; we recommend all these brands and companies but advise that you check with the reseller or us before purchasing additional components if you are unsure of compatibility. Is this brand new, fully-licensed software and hardware? YES!!!! We have been an OEM reseller for BobCAD CAM and for Artsoft/New Fangled Solutions (Mach III) since 2009. Everything, including the UC100 is fully-licensed and retail-new. Can I use this software on any computer in my shop? Mach III, Mach AddOns, and the UC-100 may be transferred to other computers. The BobCad license is a seat license for one PC and must be transferred by BobCAD. I see other Mach software or controls on Ebay, why should I buy yours? In fact, this includes ALL modules of V-21, including CAD (design, drafting) and CAM (g-code generation) for Lathe and Mill (milling machines, routers, waterjet, lasers, etc.). ALSO included is BobNEST, which allows you to automatically nest multiple parts in a single sheet (our router, plasma, and waterjet-operating customers love this program). Finally, this package includes BobART, which allows you turn a picture (like a company logo) into usable g-code for milling and engraving. V-21 is an earlier software and this is a special package which does not include BobCAD telephone support. Software licenses, by their very nature, are not returnable. Non-working disks will be replaced.
