The unit comes with retort stand , clamp , stirrer bar and probe , ready to go !! Fully adjustable temperature with accurate thermocouple controller ( not a poor quality simmerstat controller ) from 25C degrees fully adjustable accurate temperature control up to 500C degrees . Probe , included with unit , is high quality stainless steel , temperature control +/- .5 of a degree in solution control when using probe , unit can be used with or without probe. Bleep control for safety when probe detects boil dry . Probe will control solution temperature from room temperature up to a maximum of 200C degrees. Unit will control without probe from 25C up to 500C . Temperature is displayed when using probe or without probe on the digital display . The unit is perfect for accurate chemical mixing , oil extraction , wafer forming , yeast mixing, heating , mobile phone screen delaminating and lab processing . The hotplate has a thermocouple control heating circuit which gives the hotplate a more accurate temperature (+/- 1C DEGREE , AT 100C DEGREES , +/- 5 DEGREES , AT 500C DEGREES PLATE CONTROL ) when probe is not used , fully adjustable from room temperature up to 500C degrees . The highest temperature ( 500C degrees ) gives excellent boil speed time , the best in the market. The unit is fitted with a ceramic high specification heating element, not a mica heating element , so it will not burn out or lose performance after 6 months ! The stir control has accurate adjustment and powerful magnets with SSC (soft start control) , making stirring process consistent and prevents any disengagement and bumping of the stir bar in the solution ( even when stir control is turned to maximum quickly ) , with up to a 15 litre stir capacity , fully adjustable speed stir control up to 1500 rpm !!!. The hotplate has a Microcrystal ceramic black top Plate, which is highly chemical / acid resistant. Also has faster thermo contact heating ramp rate than white ceramic . The unit uses a microprocessor control, which gives the hotplate a more accurate temperature control and stirrer speed control . The unit can be re-calibrated easily at any time by customer to ensure consistent results . No more need for expensive UKAS external testing and calibration .
