We do not accept cash on delivery cheques or postal orders. We will only ship the item once payment has cleared. Delivery We use the Royal Mail or UPS 48 hr service. One or Two working day delivery is not guaranteed but enjoys a very high success rate of next day delivery. We also offer special delivery. If your payment clears before 12pm, we will process it the same day, and you will receive your item before 1pm the day after that. To guarantee delivery for Saturday before 1pm, the deadline to order would be Thursday before 12pm. For international customers, we currently offer Priority Airmail, UPS, Fedex. Royal Mail does not offer us an international tracking service, but for peace of mind we also offer an international signed for service which has full tracking in over 30 countries and requires a signature upon delivery. All items are dispatched on the same day or within 24 business hours. We are closed on weekends and public holidays as the postal service does not operate on these days. If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office where you will be expected to pick it up within a given time period. If the item has not been collected the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given minus the postage costs.
