For sale is this new/open box Marley Berko FRC Series architectural heavy-duty recessed wall heater, model FRC-3027 WH4307. 277v 3000/1500watts 1 phase I have THREE units available - one is sealed in factory box, two are in open boxes.   Note some boxes were another model of FRC series -- using them for the box and packing only.    All units are new/other and show no signs of damage, tampering, repair, installation.  Both main unit heater and cover plate included.   I have inspected each box that was open! Original prices online $300-425/unit I also have one additional unit that is the heater unit only - no cover plate.  See other listings. Berko's high-capacity, heavy-duty fan-forced wall heaters are designed for use almost anywhere in commercial and industrial areas requiring high capacity and quick recovery. They perform exceptionally well in such applications as motels, entryways, stores, public restrooms, warehouses and other large, hard to heat areas. 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 4800 watts; 120, 208, 240 and 277 volts; 60hz. Thermal overheat protector disconnects power in case of overheating due to accidental blockage. Built-in power disconnect switch for added safety during maintenance. Built-in fan delay switch energizes fan motor only after elements are heated...prevents discharge of unheated air. When heat shuts off, de-energizes fan motor after residual heat has been dissipated. Permanently lubricated totally enclosed fan motor provides long life and low maintenance; gently distributes warmth throughout room area. 100 CFM. Northern White color is optional.
