Please, don't request a refund from the seller. All claims should be made through the USPS. Also, damage to an item by shipper/carrier does not constitute that the item was not described correctly. Refunds for insured items come from the carrier that delivered the package, not the seller. I will assist with all claim forms filed for damage.
